Frequently Asked Questions
- How does the hiring process work?
We will pre-screen candidates and only send you the best resumes. You then decide which candidates to interview and hire. If none are suitable, we will continue searching until we find the right candidate.
- Once I decide whom to hire, how soon can they start?
Allow at least 3 days so you can sign and return the Client Services Agreement and automatic direct debit or credit card form. Start with a great job description outlining why your company is a great place to work. When interviewing its important to sell the merits of your company.
